Becoming a Doula was truly a calling from my heart…

My intentions as your Birth Doula are to come along side of you as you birth. To empower you to believe and trust in your deep intuition, remind you of your strength, guide you in overcoming fear, and to meet you where you are with support and love.

Birth is a journey – each journey unique to you and your baby. I am here to help you and your partner navigate the unknowns of this journey. By providing you with evidence based education, emotional and physical support, space to feel, space to grieve when things don’t go just as planned and respect as you make the best possible decisions for you and your growing family.

I feel so much gratitude for the families I have served, and are yet to serve, for inviting me into their birthing space. It is an honor to witness the birth of the baby, the mother and family.

• Free Meet and Greet * Due to COVID-19 all meet and greets will be held virtually
• 2 Prenatal Visits
• 24/7 On- Call dependability starting at 38^th week
• Continuous support during labor, birth and 2 hour immediate postpartum
• 1 Postpartum wellness check in 1 to 2 weeks after birth
• 1 Postpartum wellness check in 1 to 1.5 months after birth

Welcoming another child into the family is not only an exciting time, but also a big transition for the whole family. As a sibling support doula, I am more than a caregiver during the process. I come with the experience and knowledge of attending births, and I can help your littles to understand and feel supported as you welcome your new baby, and their new brother or sister, into the world. I am there to maintain normalcy and routine in your child’s day. While also allowing them the space to be as involved or uninvolved as they wish to be when the big day arrives.

With big transitions, come big emotions! From being completely overjoyed to filled with anxiety, I will help your child process those big emotions. Being able to answer questions on what is happening can help to normalize birth – a perspective that could last a life time.

F E E:

$750.00 for 24 hour continuous support

$35/hour – for every additional hour past the 24 hour mark

S E R V I C E S – I N C L U D ED:

• Free Meet and Greet * Due to COVID-19 all meet and greets will be held virtually
• 1 Prenatal Visit to learn the plan for birth, meet child(ren) and learn routines
• 1 Prenatal Visit of playful education to child(ren) on what to expect and ways they can help during and after the birth
• 24/7 On- Call dependability starting at 38^th week
• Continuous support to sibling throughout birth
• 1 – 2 hour immediate Postpartum to ensure everyone gets settled into their new roles
