P R E N A T A L – Y O G A
Prenatal Yoga offers you the opportunity to take time to center and focus on yourself and your growing baby. Each class is tailored to soothe common discomforts of pregnancy and prepare your body for labor and delivery. I work on marrying the breath with mindful movements of the body to create a greater awareness of the strength that is carried inside. 7 weeks or 37 weeks – this class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy!
Y O G A – A F T E R – B A B Y
Postpartum Yoga is a great way to re-connect to your mind and body after pregnancy. During a postpartum yoga class we focus on mindfully regaining strength in the abdominal walls, pelvic floor and opening of the chest and shoulders. Incorporating your sweet baby into the class is a new way for you two to spend time together.
We embrace diaper changes, feedings and fussy babes during all sessions.

P R I V A T E – S E S S I O N :
1.5 hour – $65.00
Your session will start with time to check in on how you are feeling mentally, emotionally and physically in your pregnancy. From this check in, I will begin to tailor your yoga practice to your present needs. Enjoy a full hour of guided yoga! Followed by a long relaxation to finish the session.
G R O U P – S E S S I O N :
1.5 hour – $40.00 per person or $30.00 per person for groups over 5!
Prenatal or Yoga After Baby
This class is the same as the private session, but with 2 or more people. This is a great way for friends or couples to spend quality time together while also connecting with their babies.

I am trained and certificated through Seattle Holistic Center ( now sri janani yoga ) to teach Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga. I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to spend countless hours teaching at that very studio for 6 years.
